WordPress email template help-Template length (Sumo integration)

    Hi,

    I am integrating with the SUMO widget and once I update a post the email is sent to my subscribers, but once they click on their email the entire post verbiage shows. I would like to limit this verbiage length and make it only a preview. I am hoping to shorten the email my readers receive to a certain length. I am unable to locate how to do this on WordPress. I have already contacted the SUMO support center and they mentioned that it is not a SUMO issue. Does anyone know how to make this change? Thank you

    Hi,
    Seems like your issue is related to a site that is using the wordpress.org software, which is hosted outside wordpress.com

    This forum only supports the sites hosted on wordpress.com. Please post your question on the wordpress.org support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/

    Both( wordpress.com and wordpress.org) are different products. You can find out the differences between them here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
