WordPress Engineer to change the payment option from annual to monthly

    Hi,

    I am unable to get anyone to change my payment option for my Business Plan from annual to monthly payments as it renews. This is the reason my website is now temporarily closed. It’s something I can’t do on my own, the website says that I have to contact the support team, which I have – days ago. There surely must be another way?
