I tried to lock in this morning and WordPress dashboard notified me I timed out so I went to log back in and received this message You must log in to access the admin area. I attempted to log in and was not able to.how do I make sure I have the right username and password so I can log back into my WordPress dashboard?

The login details for that account are stored on A2 Hosting servers so please contact them if you are unable to remember the username or password.
