wordpress error
-
I have pasted here the email I have received from WordPress. I am unable to get anything from these links, including the one to my website. I do not understand the nature of these ‘critical errors’, nor do I know how to remedy this. Can someone direct me in how to correct this? Howdy!
Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Jetpack.
First, visit your website (http://cranialenergy.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (http://cranialenergy.com/wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron=1626990620.3770821094512939453125) and check for any visible issues.
Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.
If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special ‘recovery mode’. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.
To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.
When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 5.7.2
Current theme: Nisarg (version 1.2.9)
Current plugin: Jetpack (version 9.9.1)
PHP version 7.4.10Error Details

Hi there!
I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your site.
I had a look, and it seems like the reason you’re seeing the error might be a problem with the XML RPC endpoint on your site. Jetpack requires access to the XML RPC file as found here:
https://cranialenergy.com/xmlrpc.php
At the moment, it’s returning a 403 / Forbidden error, while it should look like this example:
https://jetpack.com/xmlrpc.phpProblems accessing XML RPC could be due to another plugin, a security module, or a block on your server. As a first step to fixing this, I’d recommend contacting your host (iPage) to see whether they block XML RPC and if so, to unblock it for Jetpack (they can find our IP range here https://jetpack.com/support/hosting-faq/).
If you need more help with this, try asking at Jetpack’s support forums: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/. Their team may be better equipped to help you.
