WordPress Error about DNS
-
So, I’ve been building my site and moved my hosting to Hostinger. Now, whenever I click on go to the Admin Panel, it gives me this error. The weird thing is that this error doesn’t happen if I switch internets to my phone’s hotspot. Does anyone know why this is happening? I’d really like to work on my website without having to use my hotspot.
“You can’t get there from here (site_id mismatch error).
This happens when an external blog (a self-hosted blog using the Jetpack plugin) is pointed to WordPress.com by DNS.
If you are trying to migrate away from WordPress.com, please update your DNS to point the domain to your own server.
Otherwise please contact WordPress.com support and explain what you were trying to do, what steps you took, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened.”
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there!
It seems like your browser cache might have needed to be cleared after you made changes to your DNS to point to your new host. Additionally, DNS changes usually take some time, ranging from a few hours to up to 48 hours, to fully propagate, which could have been the reason for the issue you experienced.
If you’re still encountering difficulties, I recommend checking your domain settings and reaching out to Hostinger support for further guidance.
Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
