WordPress Facebook Like Box Widget Blank / Not Working

  Hey guys,

  There are a million threads for this issue out there and they are all closed. I don’t know why, because the issue is clearly not fixed.

  I’ve tried removing it and re-adding it. No go.
  I’ve tried different browsers. No go.
  I’ve tried to remove and allow access to WordPress on Facebook. No go.
  I’ve cleared cache, history, passwords, etc, for all browsers. No go.
  I’ve tried re-sizing the widget. No go.
  I’ve tried accessing it through a friend’s Facebook account and computer. No go.
  I’ve tried Incognito windows. No go.
  I’ve tried Google. Definitely no go.

  Any ideas? Thanks!

  Are you referring to the Facebook Like Box widget found in your Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets?

  The one direct from Facebook will not work on a WordPress.COM hosted blog.
