WordPress failure notice – "Are you sure you want to do this?" and no answering

  When I received the email to receive the refund I clicked on the link and the only sentence that came was ” Are you sure you want to do this?” and a failure notice. This means I can´t answer properly your question and there is a problem in your system. Correct??? I can´t answer your question so that I can receive again the money I´ve paid for the blog.

  yes, it ´s conserning the theme “soundcheck”. I received a failure notice when I clicked on the link wordpress send me in the first email!!
