WordPress' failure to send emails

  I have been trying to delete my blog on WordPress for the past day. I have followed all the steps as they have been set out in the FAQ, have followed the advised process time and time again, but WordPress has STILL not sent me a confirmation of site deletion email. I am getting quite irate now…has anyone had a similar problem? Can anyone help?

  Have you checked your email client spam/mail filter for the email?

  Will you please confirm what the URL of the blog you want to delete is? I tagged this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

  Yes I have, Also, I think, since I have been receiving emails of a different nature from the same email address (I presume…), that is probably not the problem. Is there any other reason that it might have gotten lost? Thank you for the suggestion
