WordPress fatal error

  today, I just realized that I can’t make any comment on my blog, there is this line show up
  Call to undefined function comment_id_fields() in /home6/themiscb/public_html/wp-content/themes/techozoic-fluid/comments.php on line 150

  I tried to look for the solution, but can’t find any, what is that?

  oh yeah, sorry, but I just………………..resolve this problem, it’s really stupid, I just need to delete a “?” and that fix it
