WordPress Feed Reader URL changed
-
Website : arablelife.com
There were much mess up in my website, and I wanted to freshly start the website.
For doing that, I migrated “arablelife.com” to “test.arablelife.com” but all the followers of WP Feed Reader gone with the old install itself.
That means, whenever I post any article it is getting visible on “New Feed” instead of “Regular Feed”
I have not disconnected from “Manage Jetpack Connection” otherwise my list of followers would not get affected.
Please help me to get my old followers back.
Note : I am no longer using “test.arablelife.com” that’s why my followers are important to me for arablelife.com’s feed.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there:
Please do not create duplicate threads. I’ve removed your other posts and will reply to you here.
Since you’re using the Jetpack plugin, you need to reach out to their support team for help here as they’ll need to troubleshoot your Jetpack connection and settings to resolve this issue with your Reader feed.
Thanks!

For your information,
https://wordpress.com/read/feeds/91664044
This feed posting right posts. But, the URL below the Logo representing different website.
Posts are getting from – http://arablelife.com and
Site Name is hyperlinked with – http://test.arablelife.comPlease change it
from test.arablelife.com to arablelife.com -
The Reader feed is tied to the unique blog ID that is generated when Jetpack is connected to your WordPress.com account. Your followers are also tied to that same ID.
Since the change in URL is tied to an identity crisis, Jetpack support needs to fix the confusion, fix your Reader feed, and ensure your followers are connected to the correct ID.
This is not something we can help you with on the free support forums here at WordPress.com, so please contact Jetpack support via this link and they can help you.
Thanks.

Thank for your support. But none is responding on my query there.
Can you tell me how much time it will take to resolve?

Hi @dvaibhavsar, I can’t really given an ETA for their team, but I’d recommend giving it at least a business day.
