wordpress files uploading changed my theme format

Recently purchased a domain name. When I finally got the theme to work I uploaded my wordpress files from my wordpress blog and the whole theme lost its walls (or something). It doesn’t have the form or the colors anymore. And the widgets are down at the bottom. Have no idea how to fix it or where to begin. Help!

Since this is a problem on a self-hosted blog, you will need to inquire over at http://wordpress.org/support/ since you are using different software than what is used here at wordpress.com and few, if any here know anything about it.
