  Help I need my wordpress followers moved from my old wordpress site to fairfashionyear.com
  How do I do this?

  You need to install and activate the JetPack plugin and then Staff will be able to transfer your email subscribers only. The followers who use the WordPress.com Reader cannot be transferred.
