A few months ago, I noticed that I can’t follow other blogs from my blog page anymore, and that’s a problem. Every time I try, WordPress says that I’m not logged in when I am. What’s the issue, and how can I solve this problem?

From what you describe, we’re not able to detect that you’re logged into your account, which is a problem with your browser. Specifically, your browser is either not saving, or else actively blocking the cookies that we use to detect whether or not you’re logged in.
Make sure your browser has third party cookies enabled, and if your browser has a setting to block cross-site tracking, disable that feature. If you use any anti-tracking add-ons in your browser, also temporarily disable those. Then delete all WordPress.com cookies and log back in.
