WordPress for a Hotel: Premium vs. Business

I have a hotel, restaurant and art gallery and want to create a WordPress site for the business. I have a basic free site that I am working on at present and don’t know what will be best, premium or business?
I need the site to allow people to make hotel reservations and link with our booking software, will premium cope with this?
What premium themes are best for hotels? and allow people to book rooms?
My initial research suggests that the best themes for hotels are not provided by WordPress and would need to be bought from an external developer and installed on to WordPress.
    Any help would be appreciated

You can’t install themes or plugins on a WordPress.com site, those are features of WordPress.org that you would have to host and maintain yourself – here’s an explanation of the differences between the two.

While I don’t think you’ll be able to link your existing booking and reservation software direct to your site, you should check out the hotels sign up page for information on what is available and the Stay theme page for a bit more info.
