    Hi there!

    We currently don’t offer phone support, as many of the issues we discuss with users require frequent reference to web links, and that is much easier to do over text.

    On our paid plans you get access to support via email and live chat.

    There is no difference if you build sites from a personal account or if you create one for your business.

    After that, you can start designing your site :)
