wordpress for free?

I thought I could use wordpress.com to build a website. I have a domain at google I would like to use. When I go through the registration at wordpress.com it wants me to choose between Blogger, Personal and Premium for $3, $5, and $8 per month. I don’t see a free option. What am I missing?

Hi, in a free plan you can only have a domain like yourdomain.wordpress.com. If you want to have more personalized one, one of the options is mapping a domain you already have, but to do that you need to have a paid plan.
