  Hi there,
  I would like to install the wordpress form maker plug in but after watching the tutorial I see that I do not have that option. Do I need to upgrade? What do I need to do to install this plug in?

  Hi there – plugins aren’t permitted here on WordPress.com (they can be used on self-hosted installations of WordPress). However, we have built-in customizable forms that you can read about here:
