WordPress Formatting MIA?

  This is rather hard to describe because I don’t have the proper verbiage. For the past few days I’ve been having issues accessing my WordPress.com blog … the CLOSEST description of the problem I’ve found is here: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/wordpress-not-loading-3?replies=24

  One of two things happen when I visit my homepage …
  The homepage will load but without the ‘Motion’ theme background and with NO formatting on pages
  OR
  Content loads, NO formatting, ALL justified right, ALL Times New Roman font, menus bulleted …

  I cannot tell if this is a WordPress issue or a problem with my internet connection … other internet sites load perfectly fine however. Additionally, WordPress.com does not display correctly for me either. Even this support page has hardly any formatting … everything is justified right, ALL Times New Roman or Courier font, and menus are bulleted … ?????

  Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Google Chrome?
