  I need to know where my submitted wordpress forms are going once someone submits a form.

  Hi there,

  What forms are you referring to? You have only created one thread with this account (this one). If you submitted a request via a form on a WordPress.com support document, you should have received a confirmation email when you sent it.
  Any forms on there will be submitted to WordPress.com/Automattic staff. Any threads you post here will be submitted to the public forum.
  If you’re referring to a contact form you submitted on a WordPress.com-hosted site, it will be submitted to whoever works on the site.
