WordPress Forms – page generation, Go Back issue (bug?)

  It was brought to my attention by Training For Spirituality (http://www.trainingforspirituality.ca) that the application form generates this feedback on submission. When you click “Go Back” it opens a blank form. That seems pointless. Can the re-direct go to a simple thank you page? Can an incorrectly submitted form generate an error page? Much obliged and happy new year.
