  I have registered https://finesseschool.wordpress.com and i ma stuck. I don’t know how to BUILD a website on that template (I also don’t recall how I got that template, couldn’t find it in the Themes)

  Generally with that theme? Start here:
  https://wordpress.com/pages

  You can edit the front page, then edit the other pages so they have the information you want. If you don’t need a section, just click on it and delete it.

  Then publish your changes. If you need to add more menu items, here’s how:
