  My wordpress from is not showing on a page of mine. It looks like I can’t add it with the new configuration on the back end where the ‘add form’ used to be. I can only add it via elemnetor, which would be fine— but it’s not working.

  Any assistance would be helpful.

  Can you please share the WordPress.com website URL you are facing this issue with?

  Long story short is that this page was working yesterday to collect payment information for two of our services. It required conditional formatting.

  For whatever reason, the form just doesn’t show up anymore.
