WordPress from hosted to self-hosted

  Hello,

  I moved a clients hosted wordpress site to self-hosted.

  I setup a cloudflare account for them and imported the site, but it does not seem to automatically do the HTTPS:// for us

  Also, is there a way setup wordpress behind a bell home hub router to be able to access the site? I am unable to connect locally to it, even using the name, as it does not seem to go out to come back in on the firewall.
