i have searched for this one, but hard to find solution.
anybody have an idea? I really appreciate for your helping. thank’s all -
Hi. The blog linked to your username is empty. Please confirm the URL of the blog you are asking about, starting with http://

To add users with different roles and privileges visit the support page at:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/As for changing the visibility of pages per users, You can password protect posts and give passwords to the users, other than that I don’t think you can customize page-by-page access.

For the roles you can assign to official users please see here. > http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/You cannot do this A sees only this part of the blog and B sees only that part of the blog and yada yada yada on a wordpress.com blog except by means of password protected posts. See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#password-protect-a-post
