wordpress ftp account for new version with vaultpress plugin -urgent pls help

I need to set up new WordPress version in order to use Vaultpress on my website and in my old version of WordPress website buketbalakci.com there is no plugins section. So I try to submit my ftp account details in order to set up new version of wordpress with Vaultpress .
Please assist me for the issue
