    How do I upload my file and Database via FTP.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Can you tell us more about what you are trying to set up? You are moving an existing WordPress site by manually setting up the database and source files under your WordPress.com account?
