WordPress Generating Slugs with =### at the end, ignoring custom slugs
-
Hello! I’m having an issue where any time I attempt to create a new post, the new post sidebar doesn’t display the Permalink menu. After I publish or schedule, it generates a link that ends with /?=### where ### is a number like 756, 838, etc. If I go back to edit the post, it will let me change the slug, but seems not to apply it, even though typing the slug as I want it seems to take me to the post (albeit with the weird =### URL).
I’m at a loss. I’m new to WordPress and I have no idea how to fix this. Pinterest won’t accept either URL when creating a pin, even though they both technically work. Please help.
