  If your site is hosted on WordPress.com, could you post again to let us know the website name or address?

  If your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, then your support post is in the wrong forum. It’s a common mistake.

  If your site is hosted on GoDaddy then it will be a self-hosted WordPress site that means it uses WordPress open source software available at WordPress.org so the right forum for the self-hosted site is WordPress.org Forum:
