  My wordpress email everything was hacked and they deleted everything ‘ wordpress and email.. I want my blog back

  Hi @modestcatholicroses , since it’s under another account, we’ll need to work on regaining access. And we’ll need to work quickly: deleted sites and accounts are removed permanently after 30 days, and you’re three weeks in.

  Can you get access to the email that was on the account? If so, you’ll want to secure the email address, then reply here to get your site restored. So:

  • Change the password for your email. I’d recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication as well, and printing your backup codes.
  • Then, find the email about the account closure. It should say: “Your user account at WordPress.com has been closed“. Please reply to that ASAP, asking to have it restored. Ask to restore the site, too.
  • Once you’ve restored the account, please enable Two Factor Authentication here as well.

  Please find and reply to that email as soon as possible so we can rescue the account and site in time. Thanks!
