WordPress Happiness Engineer deleted my active domain mapping–HELP

In February 2014, we incorrectly set up domain mapping and abandoned the mapping.This was for doubleknot.com which we understand is incorrect.
In May , 2014 we correctly set up domain mapping for blog.doubleknot.com and set it to auto-renew.
In February 2015, we started getting automatic messages that the old bad domain mapping from 2/14 was expiring. I contact support to confirm that it wasn’t in use and that I could just let it go.
On February 12 at 7:01 AM, Happiness Engineer Dustin wrote to let me know that he’d cancelled BOTH DOMAIN MAPPINGS.
Now all the links to our blog at blog.doubleknot.com are broken because the domain mapping we WERE USING and DID NOT WANT CANCELLED was cancelled.
Sorry for all the caps but this is a problem. Advice?

Sorry for the auto-reply through our support queue; obviously you do not need a ticket in our system.
Update: Someone at WordPress turned on the old bad domain mapping that we wanted to expire. Now, clicking the link on our site to the blog redirects to our site because mapping to doubleknot.com was a mistake that we made. That was the one that was expiring. All I ever asked was to confirm that it could expire. Because we set it up wrong. And we ate the $13 cost. No problem. I just want that to expire.
The mapping that we were using, and paying for on auto-renew, was mapping blog.doubleknot.com. Can we make that work again please?
In sum: We paid for and were using domain mapping for blog.doubleknot.com and the No Ads upgrade package. These are what we need to work again.
