WordPress Happiness Engineer no longer replies…

Hello,
I’ve had my site hosted by WP now for many years now and have never had issues getting help from the chat. Its now been over 24 hours and still I have received no reply from WP about my issues in the chat and no email follow up either. Did something change? One of the biggest reasons I’ve stayed with WP is because of their exceptional help in the backend, but without that anymore, I am not sure whats keeping me here… especially since I can’t have a shop for my prints on my site because woocommerce seems to be too confusing for me that I have been searching for alternatives.. please help me understand whats going on. I have a few small issues I need help with and no one replies…
