WordPress has closed connections to my site, interferred within the site

It appears, as from a message on my computer, that WordPress has “closed connections” to my website, though others today have been allowed, graciously, to visit from outside. My navigation within, as from the title page to stats or to a new blog, has been slowed ever since I found three WordPress downloads in the file explorer of my harddrive. Now the in-site navigation is blocked completely today.
