WordPress has introduced a new IDS that stops the backups

    Hello I hope you are doing well.
    Our issue is the following.
    We use All-in-one WP Migration plugin from ServMask which runs a schedule backup from our wordpress sites and uploads it to OneDrive.
    We have troubleshoot with Servdesk support for over 2 months with no luck. Their last response was that ‘WordPress has introduced a new IDS that stops the backups’ and they point at wordpress as the responsable.
    I’m reaching out to you with the hopes of resolving this issue.
    Is there anything you can advise in order to troubleshoot and diagnose this issue?

    I do not see any sites under your @ivesit WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
