WordPress has no record of my account and I need support

  I have a WordPress website (“Proudly powered by WordPress” at the bottom!) but I am unable to log into my account. WordPress recognizes my username but not my password and doesn’t seem to have a record of any of my email addresses so I’m not receiving a Forgot Password link. So basically, I can’t log into WordPress, can’t update my website, and can’t talk to anyone at WordPress because they don’t think I have an account. Help! How can I fix this and update my website?

  (I’ve since created a new WordPress account, but it wants me to pay to transfer my domain over…even though it’s already a WordPress site!)

  Looks like your website is hosted on GoDaddy. I don’t think the WordPress.com team here could help you in retrieving your account as they will only have access to sites hosted on WordPress.com

  You can log in to your GoDaddy hosting account and try to retrieve it from there. I included a useful link below from GoDaddy for your reference:
