WordPress has not recognised my custom upgrade purchase

  Hi There,
  I purchased the Custom Design upgrade on 5th February yet when I go to use the features it says: “You are previewing the color features of Custom Design. Purchase to make it live.” No matter what I do it doesn’t seem to recognise that I have already purchased it.
  If you could please assist at your earliest convenience that would be great.
