WordPress has taken my money in spite on the fact that I don`t have any upgrades

  I rejected to take Premium account on your web site in the beginning of trial period but instead of this your web site took my money from my card. 99 USD. How can I get them back?! There is any upgrades on my account, but wordpress has taken my money.
