WordPress has to recover my deleted blog

  There must be some way for the administrators to get my url or blog back. It doesn´t make sense, I just need it back. It was deleted in 2013 which is a while ago, you would expect the url to be usable again. Someone needs to contact staff, I need the url, I need the site back up by tomorrow.
