Hello (again again)
Question 1: Why have WordPress taken money off me for a Personal upgrade plan to my site, yet I don’t have a Personal plan? Either give me my money back, or let me have access to the stuff I’ve bought.
Question 2: Why can’t I contact someone at WordPress directly? Why do I have to submit a question on a forum?
This is the third time I’ve posted here and I’ve had no response! Why should I stay with WordPress?
