    Howdy paritosh2017!

Are you talking about the header that says “Edit this message in the Customizer (Theme Options)” or the black bar that says “My Sites, Reader, etc.”?

If you’re talking about the Edit this message in the Customizer (Theme Options) You can go to https://wordpress.com/customize > Theme Options and change that header to whatever you wish.

If you’re talking about My Sites, Reader, etc., then that’s just a default for every logged in WordPress.com user. Visitors of your site will not see that unless they are also a WordPress.com user. Those without a WordPress.com account won’t see that black bar.

Let me know if you have anymore questions.

    Hi again!

I apologize, but I don’t seem to understand your question. Do you mean that when you or someone else submits a comment on your blog, the page disappears?

For clarification, are you attempted to have a submit page redirect somewhere else?
