Hi there,
What is the URL of your current site, and do you want to migrate to the WordPress software, or specifically to WordPress.com as your hosting provider? WordPress and WordPress.com are not the same thing :)
The open source WordPress software is free to use, but in most cases you need to pay a hosting provider to host that software for you. The cost for that would depend on the hosting provider and hosting plan you use.
On WordPress.com hosting itself is also free, but we use a modified version of the WordPress software, with certain limitations, and require a paid plan for access to some features. If you need to be able to use your own theme or install plugins on your site (which you’d need to sell travel bookings online), you’d need to be on our $300 a year Business Plan, for example.
As for migration itself, that doesn’t cost anything, but the method you’ll need to follow will depend on what system your current site is built with.
If I can take a look at your site, and if you can confirm if you want to move to us, or just convert to a WordPress site in general from a different platform, I’ll be able to advise you on the best way to migrate your site, or point you in the right direction for where to get help with that.

Okay, I’m afraid it’s bad news in this case. That site appears to be a static HTML website, which means there is no way to export content from that site, and thus no way to import it to a content management system like WordPress.
To migrate your site to WordPress, you’ll first need to create a new, blank WordPress site, either with us on WordPress.com, or with another hosting provider. Then you will need to copy-paste all your content into new posts and pages on that WordPress site.
If you want to move it to us on WordPress.com, you can create a new site at https://wordpress.com/start/site/, and then start copying your content over.
If you want to use plugins you’ll need our Business Plan, as I indicated above, but for advice on which plugin you’ll need for specific features on your site it’s best to ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, as we’re not able to provide recommendations in that regard here.
