WordPress help not replying to my emails anymore

  Hi, this is not really a technical issue, more of a question about how the WordPress help team function…

  I emailed the team over a week ago about a mapping issue. They said they could fix the issue for me and they were going to do it, but I keep checking and they still haven’t done it. I know the team are constantly busy, but after a few emails, all communication stopped (from their side). Now every time I write to them I feel like I’m pestering them but my domain expires tomorrow so I was hoping they could fix the issue sooner than later :-/ Does anyone know how long it usually takes for them to sort out mapping issues? Thank you in advance for your help.

  Exactly what are your “technical issues” please? Can you provide us Volunteers with all the details?

  Hi Timethief,

  I currently have 2 WordPress blogs: waikisays.com and waikiharnais.com.

  I want to get rid of the domain name waikisays.com and use waikiharnais.com instead.

  So it’s basically just a change of name. WordPress said they could definitely map waikiharnais.com to waikisays.wordpress.com.

  Waikisays.com expires tomorrow. I don’t need the domain name anymore but it would have been nice if the mapping had been done now so I can just redirect my readers asap if you know what I mean.

  Well I did everything I was advised and WordPress said they could definitely do the mapping for me. Still waiting on them. Obviously I feel horrible pestering them but I feel like they’re just fed up, and ignoring my emails now lol

  It looks like http://waikiharnais.com/ is already mapped to waikisays.wordpress.com.

  Did you need any further assistance?

  It has just been done, thank you! My problem has just been resolved, less than an hour ago. Thanks a lot for everyone’s input/help.
