WordPress help regarding download options

  i have a blog
  i have some images
  i want to make them available to download
  but first want to show a little form, and when any visitor put his/her name and email address in the form
  he will be redirected to the images page, from where he can download the images

  how can i do this on wordpress.com blog, can anybody help me
