WordPress Hide text content with "Read more" link not working

Hi i am looking for a plugin to hide text content in posts and when some one clicks “read more” link then the hidden content must be show with a ” hide” link.
just look into this page https://studymbbshub.in/mbbs-in-china/
page contains lot of text content, i need to hide some text content in each subheading with a “read more” link
I tried one plugin “show hide content” but its not working properly for “hide content” link
so how can i get a solution for this issue, is there any other good plugins available?
