I assumed you were referring to http://internetbookselling.wordpress.com/ however, if that is not the site, then post the URL.

atozproductions.com is registered through Network Solutions and being hosted with Yahoo. It is not hosted with us at WordPress.com.
For help with a self hosted WordPress site you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ and post there for assistance.
There are 2 versions of WordPress and what happens here at WordPress.com is a bit different than the self hosted version. This guide outlines those differences: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Thank you!!! I was able to deactivate the WordPress blog from the domain using the dashboard tools.
Not sure if it is really gone as the site is very unstable. I will keep trying and contact the host if necessary.
Your directions were much more clear than the email.
