  I just purchased wordpress hosting and woocommerce, and while loading wordpress said it hit a snag and to contact support.

  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  I’m sorry to hear that! I just visited your site, and it seems to be loading fine on my end. Are you still seeing an error message somewhere when editing or working on your site? If yes, could you please share a link to the page where you see it and possibly add a screenshot?
