WordPress home page not working properly

For the last week or so, the WordPress home page has not been working at all for me – for example, I can’t get on to Freshly Pressed (or any of the other tabs). When I click on them, I simply get a refreshed page and this http://wordpress.com/#!/fresh/ in the domain part.
I don’t know if that’s an error message or if that URL is what it’s supposed to look like (maybe somebody else will be able to click on it and get there). At first I thought it was a problem with my browser, so I updated Google Chrome, but it’s still there!
I know some people have been having problems in India, but I’m based in the UK, so I don’t think this would affect me.
I can still access my blog by typing the URL in directly to that, and get to the Dashboard that way, but if I try to view my stats from the Dashboard I simply get taken back to the homepage.
Any help or information would be appreciated!

Actually, some US people, particularly in the Midwest, are having similar problems. I don’t know if it’s a problem with the WP.com universal dashboard or with the ISPs at this point. I’ve flagged this for staff, though.

Would you please try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache?
