wordpress hosted site is spamming us

Hello, my name is Jeff Grant, admin manager at goo.gl/4Zfxl, a well know site in the gaming industry.
There is a site hosted at wordpress.com which is spamming us and Google alerted us about this. The site in question is http://goo.gl/ZPVrmR which placed an ad with links
coming from our site (goo.gl/4Zfxl) in multiple pages of their site without our permission. This hurt our link profile and rank.
We sent them several friendly mails but no one answer has been received.
This is the reason we decided to ask directly to WordPress support to take action in this regard. We really need to have our site permanently down from http://goo.gl/ZPVrmR indexes.
Please help us.

No one ought to be able to post anything at all to your site unless you approve the posting or comment submitted. Please address that issue at your end of things first. Then see:

Note: http://www.onlinecasinoselite.com/ is not a WordPress site. Apparently the wp.com site ( http://abunada10.wordpress.com/ ) posted something on their own site which:

Use the links timethief posted above to make a complaint. If the WordPress.com site has adverts, then I did not find them. When you post to one of tt’s links please include specific examples, with live links, so staff can efficiently look into the problem. -
