WordPress Hosted to Self Hosted

    Hey There. On friday, I purchased a theme and the 99 dollar upgrade. It is currently wordpress hosted. I own my domain through godaddy.com. I am interested in switching to a self hosted, so I can have more customizable options including plug-ins. I misunderstood what I was downloading. How would I have access to a zip file for the theme if I switched to self hosted.
