WordPress hosting

  Hi,

  I am new to WordPress. Can someone please advise whether I can host a site on WordPress or I need to search for a hosting provider? Also, if I choose a hosting provider (e.g. Bluehost) do I need to pay their fees + WordPress fees?

  Any help would be much appreciated.
