  if i pay to premium wordpress hosting plan, can i install any premium wordpress theme via wp dashboard?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you upgrade to our Premium plan you’ll get unlimited access to our premium themes:

  https://wordpress.com/themes/premium

  If you want to upload a third-party theme you’ll need to upgrade to our Business plan as that’s the only plan that allows that.
